We recently attended a health fair at Good Samaritan Society Loveland Village. This community is a large senior-living location that includes independent living, assisted living, skilled nursing care and memory care. The idea with this type of community is that a resident can age in place no matter what their level of care might be – or what it may become.
We showed off our scooters and electric wheelchairs for residents to view. We answered a lot of questions. We even set up an appointment with a resident to come back and adjust her electric wheelchair.
